The map layers are laser-cut from premium poplar plywood. The frame is solid Scandinavian pine, hand-waxed in one of six tones. The water is real 3-tone epoxy resin, hand-poured and cured for 48 hours. No painted plywood, no acrylic printing, no plastic parts.

Customs duties and import VAT are paid by the recipient at delivery (this varies by country). These are not included in the product price and are outside our control. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

You must inspect and report damage on the day of delivery. Photograph the packaging + damage, file a damage report with the delivery driver, and email us all documentation the same day. If you follow the procedure, we remake your map at no extra cost. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Personalized maps are exempt from the standard 14-day EU return right because each one is made to order. In exceptional cases we offer a 50% partial refund if the map is returned to us in original condition, at your shipping cost. See our Refund Policy.

Our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Contact us with photos and we'll repair, remake, or refund at no cost. This covers craftsmanship — not damage from accidents, moisture, or normal wear.

If we made an error compared to the approved digital proof (wrong city, wrong engraving, wrong frame), we remake and reship at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Every frame comes with built-in wall hangers. Use one or two nails, hooks, or wall anchors depending on size and wall type. Small maps (up to 30 cm) work with a single picture hook. Larger maps benefit from two anchor points for stability.

Dust with a soft dry cloth. For the epoxy resin surface you can use a lightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, abrasive sponges, and direct water on the wood.

We don't recommend high-humidity rooms (bathrooms, saunas, unheated garages). Wood and resin perform best in normal room conditions. Also avoid direct prolonged sunlight — over years it can fade the wood's natural warm tone.

Yes. At checkout, use the recipient's address and add a gift message in the notes — we won't include any pricing paperwork inside the package.
