Yes. Within 24 hours of your order we email you a digital proof. You review, request changes if needed, and approve. Two free rounds of revisions. Nothing is cut until you give the green light.
How long does it take?
Production: 3-5 business days from proof approval. Shipping: 2-5 days FedEx Express worldwide. Total: typically 5-10 business days from order to delivery.
What if I don't like the digital proof?
You get two free rounds of revisions before we cut anything. If after two rounds it still isn't right, contact us — we work with you or issue a full refund (before production starts).
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — free FedEx Express worldwide. Customs and import duties (if any) are paid by recipient at delivery.
Can I return it?
Personalized maps are exempt from standard EU 14-day returns. In exceptional cases we offer 50% partial refund if the map is returned in original condition at your shipping cost. Craftsmanship defects covered by lifetime guarantee.
